Hi, I’m Brittany. I was born and raised in California, but Arizona has felt like home ever since high school. I’m a Christian, a mom of two, and someone who finds joy in the simple things—like spending time with friends, hiking, reading, and loving on animals.

My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line. During one of the most painful seasons of my life—going through a divorce—I was working as a front desk receptionist at a counseling office. I watched people walk in carrying heavy burdens and leave just a little lighter. That experience planted a seed in me. I realized I didn’t just want to witness change—I wanted to be a part of it. That’s when I began my journey to becoming a therapist.

Now, I have the privilege of walking alongside teens and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. I know what it’s like to rebuild from the ground up, and I believe healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces. My goal is to offer that kind of space for you.

ABOUT ME

Gradient Background

BACKGROUND

Before becoming a therapist, I was a stay-at-home mom raising four kids while married to a military member and earning my bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Life shifted during my divorce, and I returned to the workforce, starting at the front desk of a counseling office. That experience opened the door to my career in mental health.

I went on to earn my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and began working as a case manager in community mental health. Since then, I’ve gained experience in a group private practice and as a high school counselor, supporting teens and adults through anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions.

Along the way, I also did the work personally. I’ve spent time in therapy processing my own childhood experiences and healing through life’s painful moments. Yes, therapists need therapy too! My journey has shaped how I show up, with compassion, understanding, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to grow and heal.
