Eliana Stuart licensed associate counselor child and teen therapist at Northern Lights Therapy Casa Grande Arizona

Eliana’s interest in the mental health field began during her teenage years, when she developed a strong fascination with television shows and movies that explored mental health and psychology. As that interest grew, she found herself drawn to opportunities to work with children and teens in a variety of settings, including schools, camps, residential facilities, and in-home support environments.

Originally from Southern California, Eliana moved to Arizona to pursue her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Arizona State University, where she continued following her passion for working with children and developing her understanding of mental health. She completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University.

Outside of her professional work, Eliana enjoys spending time doing things that bring her joy and creativity. She is a big fan of all things Disney, enjoys singing and cooking, and still finds herself drawn to TV shows and movies that explore psychology and mental health.

Eliana enjoys bringing that same sense of creativity, imagination, and curiosity into her work with young clients, helping children and teens feel comfortable, understood, and supported as they work through challenges and build confidence.
