I am originally from California, but consider Arizona my true home. I have always had a deep and personal connection to the mental health field. Growing up with ASD, anxiety, and experiencing trauma during my childhood, I saw firsthand how counseling can save your life. When I took my first AP psych class in high school, I just felt it click for me, this is what I want to do with my life. Soon after, I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree, and then finished my Master’s degree. My experiences have shaped my character, and commitment towards treating everyone with grace, kindness, and the desire to recognize the unseen struggles they may face. For me, counseling is not just a profession; it is a reflection of who I am and what I care most deeply about, helping provide a safe and supportive space for others to heal.
