Back 2 School Jam

We are rolling up our sleeves in collaboration with DOVES Network this September 9th, 2023, to host a 'Back to School Jam' to help lift the financial burden of families impacted by Domestic Violence.

We seek to provide a one-of-a-kind experience that not only fills the back-to-school needs of these teenagers but also allows them to create new memories for themselves and their families by way of a carnival themed jam experience. Due to safety precautions, this event is registration only. We're partnering with our schools, local shelters, mental health liaisons, and community organizations to pull this off. Please submit names of teens needing support within this lane. DOVES Network is also looking for partners to donate via in-kind donations, services, and/or funds, not just to fill the backpacks but to show that they are not forgotten by supplying lifestyle items as well.

Why September? Our parents and community partners will have a better understanding of needs for the school year and may already be running low from any initial back to school supplies received.

As we know, adolescent years are some of the most memorable, whether good and/or bad. Your support will help teens walk into their school year with confidence while hacking into and activating their happiness! Please help to ensure we can impact 200 teens safely residing in our community, whether in shelters, foster homes, and/or newly relocated homes, to adjust to their new normal.
