About the event
The 2nd Annual You Matter Wellness Event returns on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Central Arizona College. This free, community-focused event is designed to bring mental health education, connection, and resources together in one inclusive space.
Attendees can explore hands-on wellness activities, breakout sessions, local resources, giveaways, and interactive experiences for all ages. This year’s event will also include discounted mental health awareness tattoos, a kids’ activity area with creative coping tools, and practical lessons focused on grounding, self-care, and emotional wellness.
