Northern Lights Therapy regularly hosts community events, support groups, and professional trainings focused on mental health, education, and wellness.

Most events are hosted in Maricopa, Arizona or nearby communities, though some trainings and workshops may be offered virtually.

You Matter Wellness Event

Each year Northern Lights Therapy hosts the You Matter Wellness Event, a free community event focused on mental health awareness, education, and connection. The event brings together speakers, breakout sessions, wellness activities, and community resources.

Interested in Hosting a Training or Workshop?

Northern Lights Therapy offers speaking engagements, professional trainings, and community wellness programs for organizations, businesses, and agencies.

We are also an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, allowing us to offer professional trainings that provide Continuing Education (CE) hours for licensed counselors.

We welcome collaboration with professionals who are interested in presenting trainings, workshops, or educational events related to mental health, wellness, or professional development.

If you are a licensed clinician interested in offering a course for CE credit, or if your organization is interested in hosting a training or wellness event, please contact us to discuss opportunities.

Topics may include trauma-informed care, first responder mental health, clinician development, community wellness, and other relevant mental health topics.
