I have a passion for creating a safe space for every client to explore, heal and achieve emotional well-being. I attended Brigham Young University Idaho where I earned my Bachelors degree in Social Work. I later returned to Arizona with my husband and our now two children. I earned my Masters degree completely online through Louisiana State University while my first born was just a baby. I was born and raised in the LDS or Mormon faith which I have been deconstructing for the past few years. I have a passion for joining other LDS or post LDS folks on whatever journey they are on. I am a first generation American, coming from Mexican born parents. I hold a special place in my heart when working with first generation Latinx and removing the stigma surrounding mental health in the hispanic community.
