I grew up in Santiago, Chile and moved to Arizona, where I have now spent half my life. I received my Bachelors in Bilingual Elementary Education in 2020 and most recently received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I enjoy all the hobbies Arizona has to offer, and I go through phases of mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, hammocking, skiing… but mostly I like a good cozy activity like cross-stitching or reading.
ABOUT ME

BACKGROUND
I bring with me into the counseling space the lessons of years spent in preschool classrooms, in the arena holding the reins of a four-legged therapy horse, and in home visiting families. My clinical focus and training is in dyadic counseling, which means I believe that healing and development for young children happens within and because of the parent-child relationship. I specialize in working with families with children aged 0-8 who have experienced traumatic events or separations, are struggling with behavioral or emotional challenges, or families experiencing attachment difficulties.
