Lawrena works primarily with children and teens who may be navigating behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and school-related stress. Through virtual counseling sessions, she provides a supportive environment where young clients can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop practical coping skills from the comfort of their own home.

Lawrena provides virtual therapy services through Northern Lights Therapy and works with children and families throughout Arizona.

Lawrena is currently receiving clinical supervision directly under Brianna Reinhold, LPC, CFRC, ERPSCC and Katlyn Lawson, LPC.

When Lawrena is not in office she loves to exercise at home while her cat monitors for correct form and enjoys the beauty that the outdoors offers. Lawrena thrives on building connections through dance, pop culture, and sports.

BACKGROUND

Lawrena Meach is a Licensed Associate Counselor who works primarily with children and teens navigating behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. She is passionate about helping young clients feel understood and supported while developing the skills needed to manage emotions, build confidence, and navigate everyday challenges.

Prior to working in private practice, Lawrena gained valuable experience as a school counselor, where she supported students facing academic stress, peer relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and emotional difficulties. This experience provided her with a strong understanding of the pressures children and adolescents face both inside and outside of the classroom, and it continues to inform her collaborative approach when working with students and their families.

Lawrena understands that children and adolescents often communicate their emotions through behavior rather than words. She works collaboratively with both young clients and their caregivers to identify underlying stressors, strengthen coping strategies, and support healthier patterns of communication and behavior.

Through virtual therapy sessions, Lawrena is able to provide accessible support for families across Arizona. Her goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where children and teens can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop greater confidence in themselves.
