I am an Arizona native and alumni of Arizona State University where I received my bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology in 2021. Most recently, I completed my master’s in forensic psychology and mental health counseling in 2024 from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. During this time, I simultaneously completed my internship through Northern Lights Therapy. I am very passionate about counseling as I strive to help individuals make positive change in their lives; everyone has the potential to be the best version of themselves.

My interest in counseling originally rooted from my own experiences of depression and anxiety throughout adolescence and young adulthood. I understand how such struggles can impact your daily life. It can feel very draining. Thus, I want to serve as that support system for those that are going through similar struggles.

In getting to know me, you will also learn that I love dogs, especially my dog Maxwell! I also enjoy going to the gym, walking Max, spending time with my boyfriend, reading, and cooking a nice meal.
ABOUT ME

BACKGROUND
My interest in counseling rooted from my research experience during my undergrad, where I studied legal and clinical judgments. I found that our mental health system is flawed and I wanted to become an advocate, resource, and friend for those in need. I strive to break down the barriers that are preventing those that lack access to mental health services. I believe that everyone has the capacity to positively change their life when provided with accurate support.
