Lindsey LeCates is a Licensed Associate Counselor who works with teens and adults navigating complex behavioral and emotional challenges. She is passionate about providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can openly explore difficult topics and develop healthier ways of coping.

Lindsey has a strong interest in working with adolescents who may be struggling with behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and the pressures that often come with navigating the teenage years. She works collaboratively with young clients to build insight, accountability, and healthier decision-making skills while supporting them in developing confidence and emotional awareness.

She also specializes in working with individuals navigating problematic sexual behaviors, compulsive pornography use, and sexual addiction. Lindsey understands that these concerns can often carry significant shame and stigma, which can make seeking help feel difficult. Through a compassionate and direct therapeutic approach, she helps clients explore underlying patterns, develop accountability, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
