Michelle Hidrogo is a clinical intern at Northern Lights Therapy working with adults and couples navigating stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She provides a supportive space where clients can show up as they are, without pressure to have everything figured out.

Her approach is relational and grounded in attachment, helping clients better understand how experiences, stress, and relationships shape the way they think, feel, and connect. Michelle focuses on improving communication, building insight, and strengthening connection within relationships.
