Ryan was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and has a deep love for the desert and everything AZ. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2022, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Justice Studies. Ryan has always had a passion for helping other people while working in the legal field, with the plan to work in immigration law, where he discovered his love for mental health advocacy work. Ryan’s work in the legal field and volunteering with communities in the Phoenix area is what inspired him to currently get his Master’s of Counseling from Arizona State University. He believes deeply in the therapeutic relationship and how he can create a safe space for people to truly express their authentic selves with no judgment. Outside of work, he is either watching new movies at the movie theater, finding new food places, travelling to new countries, watching new anime shows, or watching Arizona sports.
